The Subaru WRX is usually thought to be a car more popular with the younger generation. However, you would be wrong. An 80-year-old man has been pulled over for going 50 mph over the speed limit in Australia. He was driving his first-generation Impreza WRX sedan on a 100 kilometer per hour (62 mph) section of road when he decided to put the pedal to the metal, going 182 kph (113 mph), or almost double the speed limit.
As you could've guessed, the local law enforcement was not pleased about his little stunt. He eventually got pulled over by the South Australian Police and hit with a $1,293 USD fine and a six month suspension of his license.
