So here’s the news. It seems like there is a tradition going around of cities naming their snowplows. One city in Minnesota has snow plows with the names of Plowy McPlowface, Blizzard of Oz, and C3P-Snow, among others. The city of Indianapolis seems to be no different, with a vote going on now to determine which names will grace the sides of the heavy-duty trucks. Some of the finalists are: Buzz Iceclear, Larry Brrrrrrd, The Salt in Our Stars, and Will Plower.
These are four from the top 10 of the over 600 submissions from the Indianapolis community. I assume some of the worst names weeded out in the selection process, but some bad ones still remain on the ballot, like Payton Melton and Eli Chilly. The voting window is still open until the 3rd of September, so get your votes in while you can!
