Mercedes has announced a partnership with designer Heron Preston to make a new line of clothes made out of recycled airbags. Funnily enough, the clothes actually inflate and deflate to incorporate the material’s history into the designs. The designer has created three pieces inspired by the airbags.
Heron Preston was selected by Mercedes because of his unique and innovative designs in men’s and women’s fashion. Mercedes say that the designs will be built by Heron Preston and available via giveaway on the platform GOAT on September 10.
